Have you ever wondered what the future of real estate looks like?
About 7 years ago when making a deal in Boston I came across Common. At the time its focus was on a novel concept, CoLiving. The Founder and CEO, Brad Hargreaves sold the company in 2023 and began focusing more on ThesisDriven.
ThesisDriven is the first real estate blog/newsletter I read that challenged commonly accepted tropes in real estate. Their deep-dive format articles are just the type of thing our industry needs to shake up the marketing driven real estate “news articles”.
In today’s Breaking New Ground podcast our conversation with Brad covers the future of real estate. Our discussion topics include where is the most innovation happening in real estate to how ThesisDriven has evolved and grown. Whether it’s autonomous vehicles, AI, or data centers, Brad has an informed opinion. Check it out.
Cheers,
John
