Intro:

Lauren Campbell is a Developer and Florida-licensed Broker, from Tampa, FL.

She has more than 10 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate. Lauren is currently pursuing opportunities for development and redevelopment in infill historic neighborhoods in transition throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas County. Lauren understands the sometimes-intangible value of projects that are in emerging neighborhoods- and she specializes in igniting the ground-floor hospitality and retail of these projects to jump-start development. Her strategic approach to problem-solving is evidenced in her many previous projects and initiatives, outlined on the following page.

Historically, Lauren has collaborated with investors, landholders and developers to take projects from acquisition to stabilization – often working on adaptive reuse and redevelopment opportunities as well as ground-up projects. She has participated as a partner on many of these projects. She often acts as the local lead on projects and brings local knowledge and relationships to the project, ensuring its success. In addition to these relationships, she can provide additional value by leveraging outside opportunities to grow deal metrics –utilizing programs such as Qualified Opportunity Zones, CRA TIF funds, TOD funds and other special overlays or taxing districts that may be applicable.

Lauren is a graduate of the University of South Florida where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Art History, focusing on Architectural History. She also is an active member of ULI, REIC, ICSC, TBRA and CREW Tampa Bay. She is also a co-founder of Walk/Bike Tampa.
